What the description actually added
A new team, not a new formation. Best XI is a collection / roll pool you enter the same way you enter other tagged teams. It is not a second pitch. You still fill GK, four defenders, three midfielders, two wingers, one ST. Chemistry still wants nation, league, or club tags on legal positions — chemistry.
A new card class. GOAT Edition sits above Limitbreakers in official language. That is a ceiling change. It does not delete Limitbreaker quests, 99 captains, Prime 100+ Hourly Shop rows, or 105+ Cup Mode standouts. Those routes still exist; they are no longer the top line on the tier list.
